In 2015 I made a pledge to myself, to become a happier and healthier person both physically and mentally and use any power I had to influence others into bettering themselves too.
I wish to use this blog to feature many of the ways I have done so, and share my experiences with others.
Since 2015, I have achieved many things I would’ve never believed possible before. Some of these achievements or goals may seem small to others, but to me, they’ve been life-changing. Even the smallest of achievements are positive.
I have learned a lot too from my experiences. Though some of these experiences may have been negative at the time, the lessons and knowledge I gained are worth the effort of experiencing them.
